Your relationship with your provider is so important, and we want you to find the perfect fit. That’s why we make it easy for you to change – at any point in your journey. Here’s how:
Enter INTRO2025 in the discount code field each time you schedule an appointment to receive the discounted rate. The discount code will be valid for your first three telehealth sessions. Discount is available to new clients only.
Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the session. Late cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours will count as completed sessions and cannot be reused.
Our providers reserve time specifically for your scheduled session. If you miss an appointment, it will be marked as completed and cannot be reused or credited.
You will have three months from the date you register to complete your introductory sessions. Any unused sessions remaining after three months will be forfeited.
As a client of MindGlow Health, you’ll receive dedicated support from our team of care navigators. Whether you need assistance with scheduling, help joining your session, or have any questions along the way, they’ll be your trusted point of contact throughout your journey.
