Sherief Moustafa is a pioneer in behavioral healthcare, an entrepreneur, real estate investor, philanthropist, and community leader. For over 25 years, he has been a leading voice in the treatment of substance use and mental health disorders. His passion for helping people access effective treatment and achieve long-term recovery inspired him to form FHE Health Group in 2001. His career began in nursing at Harvard-affiliated hospitals, where he recognized the importance of training and mentorship in healthcare. Sherief holds degrees in psychology and nursing, is a licensed registered nurse in Massachusetts and Florida, and is a Certified Addiction Professional. Rami is COO at FHE Health and MindGlow Health’s Chief Business Officer. At FHE, Rami oversees all administration, operations, direct patient care functions, as well as program development and strategy. He led FHE to historic growth while serving as acting CEO in 2021.
A Marquis Who’s Who in 2023, Certified in Healthcare Compliance along with a specialization in Healthcare Operations, Rami has designed and implemented industry-leading and awarded programs in treatment operations, compliance, revenue cycle management, and UR best practices.
He holds an MBA from Florida Atlantic University and a BS from Trinity College.

Leann is a seasoned executive with extensive experience building and scaling innovative businesses. Prior to MindGlow Health, she co-founded and built KetaMD, a pioneering mental health telemedicine platform acquired in 2022.
Leann was EVP & Chief Strategy Officer at Caliva, where she played a key role in scaling the company and positioning it for a high-profile exit through a SPAC transaction. She was SVP at Warner Music Group, where she drove key initiatives such as the company’s successful IPO, the introduction of the widely adopted digital album bundle, and the creation of its $750M Artist Services division. During her decade at Gartner, she held strategic and operational leadership roles, driving digital transformation, leading corporate development initiatives to support organic and inorganic growth, launching new products and businesses, and overseeing sales operations across EMEA while based in London.
With a track record of delivering results across industries, Leann combines operational excellence, strategic vision, and a passion for innovation to position MindGlow Health for long-term success.
Dr. Beau Nelson, DBH, LCSW, CTP, is a clinician, leader, and advocate for excellence in behavioral healthcare. He is a Doctor of Behavioral Health, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Board-Approved Supervisor, and Certified Telehealth Practitioner. He has been practicing for more than 25 years in varied roles, including as an executive, provider, author, speaker, and consultant in the mental health and substance use disorder fields. His practice includes work in private practice, telehealth, primary care, university teaching, acute and sub-acute hospital care, and as a mentor and consultant in the behavioral health field. Dr. Nelson works alongside many organizations, professions, and employers, including municipalities, unions, first responders, clinical providers, and students to promote knowledge and positive outcomes in the field of psychology.

Dr. Jon Snipes attended Clemson University as an undergraduate before pursuing his medical education at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC.
Remaining at MUSC, he completed his psychiatry residency, where he distinguished himself as chief resident in his final year. Following this, he became the inaugural graduate of the United States’ first fellowship in brain stimulation for treatment-resistant depression and brain stimulation focusing on ECT, TMS, DBS, VNS, and ketamine treatments.
Over the ensuing decade, Dr. Snipes practiced psychiatry while serving as the program director of a brain stimulation service at the Carolina Center for Behavioral Health. Concurrently, he oversaw a 36-bed inpatient chemical dependency unit, outpatient CDIOP/PHP, and an outpatient MAT service. In January 2025 he became board certified in Addictionology as well through the American Board of Preventative Medicine.
